WHITE PARK BAY

Under the control of The National Trust, this stunning curve of white sand located between two headlands between the seaside towns of Bushmills and Ballycastle, sits well below the level of the coast road. This secluded country beach often has cows roaming along it and when conditions are perfect many surfers in the water, though this is not a safe beach for swimming, it does attract many walkers and hikers. The high dunes and natural grass area behind the beach is home to much wildlife and wild flowers. A small car park is located quite a distance from this beach, offering a spectacular walk to the beach over countryside.
